There is a thin line difference between dieting and exercising to weight loss. If you ask yourself how to lose weight in your face or if you ever get stuck and have to decide only one course of action then I would recommend choosing exercise over diet. You see diet is a sure way of losing weight but it would take at least 3-4 weeks to see any slight difference in weight. But when you exercise you can see quite a difference, just in 2 weeks. This is why exercises work faster to lose weight.
But if you do go with diet, make sure that prepare a complete chart before you start the weight loss plan. Try to eat smaller meals multiple times rather than eating huge meals twice or thrice. Smaller meals keep your digestive system working and you wont get any cravings to eat again. This prevents overeating and maintains your metabolism at a constant rate.
